Meet Jeff Zuck!

After more than 30 years in construction management in New York City, I’ve traded the hustle for a quieter life in the upper Hudson Valley. Retirement has finally given me the time—and the space—to explore a creative passion that’s lived quietly inside me for decades.

I have no formal training in art, metalwork, or welding. Everything you see here is self-taught—the result of curiosity, experimentation, and a deep love for the process. Over time, I’ve developed my own style of metal sculpture: raw, whimsical, grounded, and alive with personality.

This work has become more than a hobby. It feels like I’m making visible what’s always lived in my soul.

When I began, I didn’t know if anyone else would connect with what I was making—and to be honest, I didn’t mind. I set a few pieces out by the road near my home, and to my surprise, people started stopping. They smiled, pointed, and sometimes offered kind words. That quiet encouragement sparked something—and I haven’t stopped since.

Now, with over fifteen pieces completed (and more on the way), I’ve finally listened to friends and family and created this site. I hope my work brings a smile to your day, the same way making it has brightened mine.
